I'm in a lease with CHK, a portion of my acreage is in  a production unit. The wells are drilled and fracked and now I'm waiting for the gathering pipelines to be put in place.

I've not received any royalty payout yet.

I've been approached by a company - Energy Deep Resources Inc. They are offering to purchase some or all of my mineral rights.

Does anyone have any experience with companies such as these? What are the typical scenerios? I'm interested in seeing examples of what proportions (ie half of original royalty amount, etc) companies like this pay out.

With NG prices being so low this doesn't seem like a good idea.
