mineral rights

I don't  trust any of these companies to do what they say. Why sell your precious minerasl for a penny on the dollar. They might be worth millions.

I couldn't agree with you more.  I live in Stark County Ohio and while we aren't very active and maybe never will, I would never consider selling my mineral rights.  Once they are gone, they are gone.
