I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of $0.  Nobody is willing to take the risk right now.  Because it's not just about what could you, Tom, sell your one specific piece of acreage for.  Rather, any buyer would need to have a broad program that spread their risk over a much larger area and without any real news or data that's just not possible.  So the answer right now is that the market is essentially nonexistent thus a "fair" price is going to impossible to determine.  Now, if you wait six months and there's news (good or bad) you might see a definitive resting place for the market, either up or down.  Sorry I can't give you a real answer but frankly there isn't one.
