Monroe County Leasing

We have over 20 acres in Monroe County and have never been approached by any of the Companies.

Our property is free and clear to lease.  Recently I started reaching out to the different companies.

Eclipse informed me they are not leasing in Switzerland Township, yet I noted in the local newspaper

they just set up leasing with the School District so obviously they are not very truthful.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Jim or Luke Thompson can be reached at 330-507-5444  I signed with Antero last November with the help of Jim And Luke.My property is in Bethel twp. Monroe Co. Ohio. If I rember correctly there is a land ownwners group in your area. You may want to post this on the Monre Co. site for more intrest.

Donna is correct, Swiss Hills is not in Switzerland Twp. and Eclipse was truthful.  XTO has a permit to drill a marcellus and a utica from the same site in Switzerland Twp.   They might be a possibility.
