Here is link to property transfer regarding the proposed cracker in Salem TWP Monroe County Ohio.  And no I don't know about the names  on the transfer that took place the first week in March.  And there is no price listed on the property card.   However, I did get "a nod" that this is the site.

Remember Monroe County formed a port authority recently (2014) and they work at undertaking these types of industrial/business transactions.
