This one more likely to be market ready than the Solar Road I posted about earlier. A new fuel cell that converts nat gas to heat and electricity.

Several companies, Plug Power, Seimens, Fuel Cell, and others had similar fuel cells but where expensive to manufacture and nat gas prices skyrocketed, killing the market.  Was looking at buying a unit from Plug Power.  It also made hot water in addition to all the heat and electric one would need.
