Interesting article.  As a mortgage lender from western PA my bank has no issue at all with residential properties that currently have a O/G lease. Furthermore we lend on properties where the seller will be retaining the O/G rights.  Some of the article is to cause fear but it's worth keeping an eye on what's being said.
