I know that I can not be the only one that is furious about this whole debacle.  If Halcon does not accept the resolutions to the title problems (National Gas)  found by M&P, or start cherry picking twsps. out of our group,  would any one consider looking into a  class action against Halcon?  These people apparantly did not do their due diligence prior to sucking us all in to signing leases in a GRAND way at the Legacy in Grove City.

Fortunately, I keep an eye on this discussion page because I have not been notified by Halcon or CSX that there is a MtJackson4 meeting on January 23.  I am livid that the company had a meeting in Stoneboro on January 3 for the "group" but did not notify one member of the group - the Sandy Lake Twsp folk!  What is up with that?!!
