MuddyCreek Twp.

Is anything going on as far as moving forward with a well siting in MuddyCreek Twp.....Particularly the Yellow Creek project....Baker South Unit ?   I spoke to officials from Rex who said that in the next year or so, a well will be sited on this unit.  I just wanted to see if anyone knows anything different.

A few miles south of Portersville...my property is 20 acres just north of the Barbecue Restaurant.....there is a pond behind it.  Do you know where I mean?  Rex calls it the Baker South Unit...

Norman, I have an idea where your property is, my family has  6 acres about 3 miles north of Portersville. I am interested in anything going on in Muddy Creek Twp.

well, lets just keep in touch.......we have a lease with Rex, hoping that they site a well in the unit.

Are you already in a unit?  How long have you had a lease with Rex?

Lease with Rex is less than a year.....about 9 months.  We are in the Baker South unit I  guess is what they call it.  Nearly everyone, if not everyone, has been leased.  Recently they gave notice requesting information on water wells, that they may not know about.

There has not been an official declaration or recording of a unit under the name Baker South in Muddycreek Township. FYI
