What do you mean? The same lease assigned multiple times, from company A to company B, then from company B to company C, etc? Or from company A to companies B, C D etc?

The original lease is with company A. They assign 75% to company B and 25% to company C.

There is probably some official agreement between company B and C to operate wells and leases. Probably mainly money related. The terms of the original lease should be binding on both of the new companies.
