" They have spent a lot of late nights away from their families bringing everyone together." How many meetings have they held? We are looking at what one two nights out of a month, lets see get out of the office eat out be at the meeting at say 6 to 8 perhaps as late as perhaps 9. I know of a farmer that puts in more hours than that on a Sunday for far less pay!
