just find out that the contract i had with some of my acrage is invalid. great now i can re-negoziate and can try to a a fair price because i got sh*t before but every one in town is busy can anyone know a group i can join or a lawyer who is not busy? I have 17 acres maybe 23

Why was your contract invalid? If it's due to a title issue, you may not be able to lease again until it's cleared up. Also, has the contract been released? Was the original contract recorded, and if so, has a release been recorded?
I would make sure your ducks are in a row before you try to sign another lease, or that one may be cancelled as well.
