How would one "easily" find out what companies are leasing neighboring properties?

good advice, however I'm not local. Just trying to get a feel for who is leasing in the general area.
Or they will come down your drive way and scare the crap out of your teenage kids...then keep talking and talking and talking and talking and talking dispite their absolute lack of knowledge or expierence in Geology, Leasing, Economics, National markets, Local issues with permiting, well building, road and pipeline rights of way.
Or the Law, DEP rules and regulations...etc. etc. etc.
