Does anyone know if its legal to spread drilling mud on pipeline ROW to get rid of it? There is nothing in the contract to address this. Just asking.

That may be legal but I'm certain that drilling mud (from oil and gas wells) can't be disposed of in this manner. So it's best to contact an inspector or other official.
