I just learned that we do in fact own the mineral rights that an energy company claimed to own..... All of our surrounding properties are under lease agreements with Antero. Is there any way to check to see if our property was leased and we rightfully have something coming our way.

How did you "just learn" this? Do you know if you have 100% of the OGMs, and do you who may have leased them?

It wasn't too much of a big deal then as this was purchased as simply recreational property and the drilling had not been in use or foreseen. An energy company claimed rights to it since they previously owned and sold them way back. We hired an attorney and after one year they have agreed that we do own the mineral rights. We are in the process of updating and recording the deed correctly now.
