The market in NGL -natural gas liquids-has increased since exporting NGL has been approved. How can a landowner work with a gas company who wants to tap that market. The gas company that owns our lease (HBP) is not producing gas from the well on the property (old Medina well not producing) owns a gas processing plant just a few miles away. There is a high pressure gas line available to distribute the natural gas but not sure how to give incentive to drill a new well.
