Noble Energy

I have some mineral rights in Tyler Co. I received a lease from Noble Energy to lease for $1500.00 per acre and 15% royalties. Is this in line for this area? I live out of state.

I think it is a little low. Also check the terms of the lease, about unit size and other things. What district?
