I took a look at the various reports available through the PADEP website. No production is reported for the last half of 2012. This is the most recent production data available, Jan. thru June of this year should be posted around the middle of August. Permits for 6H and 5H wells were initially issued in Dec. 2011, drilling on the 6H started 3//2012. The initial permit for the 5H expired but was renewed 5/9/2013. Here is a link for the DEP website

on the right hand side of the page you can click on "Oil and Gas Reports" to get a menu for permits issued and spud reports (these show when actual drilling starts) or on "Oil and Gas Production Reports". There are a few screens you'll have to navigate through to actually get the data but it's not too hard to figure out.
