Nucomer Energy???

In today`s DEP e-facts notice is a new application for a Utica Shale well to be located in Forest County, PA.   The gas company is listed as Nucomer Energy.  Who are they?  This seems to be the first Utica Shale well in this area of PA.  Anyone know if more development is planned?
