NY Gas Moratorium

Now that the moratrium is over. Has anyone heard what NYSDEC is doing. is there any kind plan to finally well permits to be pulled and drilling start or are we still months any?

 

Just trying to stay up to date. There does not seem to be anyone talking about it in my area.

There will be a 60 day (starting 8/1) public comment period and possibly hearings. Then assuming there are no major revisions needed, permits will be issued.
