Terry, the man from Petro ask me what Paloma and Great River were offering, and when I told him $7200 an acre he told me that was more than they could pay.
At The request of my attorney I would like to repost my lease agreement with Paloma.
$7,200.00.00 per acre w/ $200.00 of that to attorney and a True 20%
lease is for 5years plus a re sign of 5years w /110% not 115% as previously stated. I posted from memory, was unaware of the ripple effect I would cause across the Tri State area.
Maybe this will stop the phone?

Terry, looks like you got a good deal! Congrats!! Glad you posted the resigning %, some landowners are only being offered !00% resign. I am aware of landowners who have received 115% resign about a year ago. Attorney fees seem reasonable also.

To my Knowledge they are still leasing. I think(don,t quote) about 70 days is the average to get paid, but it may be 90 on paper. They may be watching and correct me if I'm wrong.
