Ohio question

Does anyone know how close you have to be to a well/horizontal leg in Ohio to be included in a producing unit? Particularly the outside border? :)

Thank you, does drilling unit mean the same as producing unit?

If you are part of a 640 acre unit but the actual well is only 150 acres and on the other side of the unit so that your property is not within 501' of the actual horizontal bore, do you still share in the royalties?
