I have been posting in the Ashtabula County section my experience in utilizing ORC 5301.332. In Ashtabula County you are required to file and pay twice to cancel a lease. Today the Recorder showed me Senate Bill # 72. Bill # 72 will codify into ORC 5301.332 the requirement to file and pay twice to clear a lease. For you people who live in a county that does not require the second affidavit you may want to contact your Senator, or you will be joining us in paying twice. Good luck.
