If you own minerals in Ohio that have not been developed to date, it is imperative that you attend this meeting and oppose this bill as it has been written.  This bill will diminish mineral values throughout the Utica Shale in Ohio if the Operators are able to get it passed.  Below is the outline and the attached Sub-Bill HB152.
