i loved the starving deer pic...i am now an anti drilling...lol

sadly that's how they seemed die after licking the antifreeze and frac-fluid mix . I am anything but

anti-drilling but I am anti law breaking and anti polluting on purpose for profit .

I totally want us to be free of over seas oil .

This environmental company owner that dumped for profit  by no means represents the industry but rather give it a  un dissevered reputation .

If that were my property I would buy a tanker truck.... fill it with what was dumped....and return in to its rightful owner.... at his house and place of business!!

I hear you Jim I would of liked to pump it right down his throat .

How did you like the environmental testing truck sitting in the frac fluid  with the barrel marked toxic

on its side leaking ?

The dumper couldn't dump the spent farc water on his farm because he  raises cattle on his farm and that trumps my organic ginseng farm and wildlife . I really liked were I had them sign a addendum to our lease stating  " no dumping of any fracwater on the ground or into ant tributaries "

does this count ?

One question; did you see employees of the company doing the dumping? Or could it have been done by vandals/environmental wackos?  You know, like the nuts that burned the ski lodge in Aspen or the SUVs at an Erie car dealer.

Ok that is two questions.

Jim L , I say them doing it . I hid in the woods the first time . One of my friends was with me on the second well dumping  and saw them   also .

The owner finally admitted  but recovery to my looses yet . This happen almost 5 yrs.

ago .

Ridgeman...things don't appear to "add up" on your website link.  You state that you are a hunter and an oil producer.  Is this waste water that you produced in your oil producing business??  You state to beware of who you jump into business with in terms of who drills on your land and that you had an addendum on your lease dealing with frac water disposal... and yet Air Compliance Testing is who you say is to blame for all this pollution.  They don't appear to be a driller, or an oil and gas producer... they are an environmental consulting organization.  I don't get the connection you are trying to make.  Additionally, you blame Air Compliance Testing... and yet in one of your pictures there is a truck that has FBT Environmental on the side... what connection, if any does that company have to Air Compliance Testing???

Jim Shoos , I have 6 wells that was on the property when I purchased it . I signed over 3 of them to AER -

Appalachian Energy Resources LLC  , thats the name of his drilling business Air Comp is the environmental company that he owns .

I still have 3 wells that I produce that I own with out Mr Dumper .

The truck that's sitting in the frac water is one he bought from an other environmental company that they use as a tool truck . I just thought it was ironic that they use a truck that has environmental testing on it .

Jim I am not trying to beat down this o-g business I am giving you all a heads up on this creep and would hope that you would do the same for the rest of us .

Also Jim I have hundreds of pictures and video and emails that 100% back me up !

We are currently fighting this , our Law Firm is Crabbe , Brown , and James out of  Columbus Ohio .

Hope this clears it up a little .

Yes Jim that's it.

I'd say perhaps you should have done a little more homework prior to electing to sell your wells to an organization that officially lists ONE... count 'em.... ONE employee.  Granted, only having one employee doesn't necessarily denote that they could have been expected to have done the things you have alleged they have done, but they aren't exactly a Fortune 100 Company with a proven track record.
