I just saw where Utica Shale posted what percent each county had permit wise. Thirty nine percent was in Caroll. Are alot of their leases old Anshutz leases which got sold to Chesapeake . I know theres alot of those leases here in Guernsey. Just wondered if some of those people got lucky and got the big money. I cant believe the amount of drilling  going on up there. It seems Chesapeake is the main driller also. Their running  out of time here in Guernsey , their will be alot expiring in September.
