Hi! I have been reading all of the blogs and have been trying to keep track of EQT. I thought I saw that they were leaving Guernsey county. My grandmother, Virginia Troyan had sold her farm in Guernsey County and to my surprise she kept her mineral rights. We were contacted from someone and got attorney's involved. We signed a lease and now are hearing rumors that the property has some problems with the deed. Does anyone know how I could find out what is the problem? The attorney does not seem to even know what is going on? Also, I don't know who owns the land right now. How does that work? Are they initially contacted?
