Has anyone heard that Oxford Oil will be doing no more drilling do to being bought out?

I was told by a person associated with Pleasant Valley Management that they are being bought out and will not be drilling any more wells. They are wanting to top lease me since I have a lease with Oxford.
Can someone verify the sale of Oxfords leaseholds in Geauga Co for over $5,000 per acre ?
Private transaction, may never know the details.
I would love to know what the ORRI was, the back end of these deals is where the real money is...
Well, I contacted Oxford Oil. I told the girl that I had heard Oxford had been sold and was wondering how it would affect my lease. Her answer was "nothing yet".
I told her I heard Eclipse was buyer. She said "nothing on Paper". Business as usual and she said "I know Nothing"...Sergeant Shultz

I am told that there was an Oxford drilled a well on Hoover Road in Guernsey County within the last couple of weeks. It was supposedly drilled in three days. The neighbors have said that Oxford has drilled other "token" wells in the area recently. Does anyone have any specific information? Are these wells more of Oxford's tactics to capture a lease indefinitely without giving the landowner anything but the tiniest of funds?
Eclipse, where are you? Are you any better than Oxford?
