Would Alliance Petroleum/Diversified O&G have been surprised about those wells recently purchased from CNX that now require plugging?

Check the PA DEP website for a complete listing of wells.  Click on the news directive for this news and then click on the name of the company for a full listing of wells by well name, county and township.

Has everything gone along well with this transfer of wells?   Are royalties being received yet?   Any problems?
