PA SGL 36 (Bradford County) lease

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the lease(s) the Game Commission signed for SGL 36 in Monroe and Overton townships?  Thought I saw a link right after they signed it in 2012 but I can't find a link now...Thanks

not a lease but some info. type in, Board approves proposals to grow state game lands.

POSSIBLY IT IS IN GAME COMMISSION NEWS ARCHIVES ON THEIR WEBSITE.
