pad placment & land amout

                      hello,

           I have 40 acres at the top of hawksnest road, in 7 different parcels . they plan to put a super pad

           on 2 of them , one is 2 acres and one is 27 acres . do they have to pay me for all 29 or all 40 ?

           or is this worked out in contract ? dose it vary?
