Back in 2011 Williams/ WPX Energy paid $4500 an acre and $1000 for each well leg drilled off the site, plus cost free at 18.5% with Hold Harmless, Marcellus only, 5 yrs only, shut in was $75.00 an acre plus a lot more taken out of the lease in Westmoreland, PA.
