@  $57.50/share = $215,625,000 cash raised...interesting.....with about
$400,000,000 currently in cash would make over $600,000,000 available........you
don't spend the money needed (cost) to put together a public offering if you do
not have an  immediate need............ should have money available for 4 qt.
