Penn Energy Resources taking over Rex leases in Butler county, Pa.

Anyone have any dealings or thoughts on the new owners? So far they are not very responsive to my Emails or phone calls even though they say they will have a good commitment to landowners. Still waiting on November royalty payment or reason why they are not paying royalty. I hope this isn't going to be similar to another company that starts with a "C"..

Got notice of Nov. royalty payment at 5:05 today, is a little weird that it is still coming from Rex address!
