Pennsylvania Land Resources

Our family has the mineral rights to approximately 90 acres of lands in Perry and Whitley Townships in Greene County.  We have been approached by Pennsylvania Land Resources about leasing this a part of over 2,000 acres they want to eventually drill on (no timetable).  Has anyone out there part of this or been contacted by them?   Thanks.
