I was wondering when negotiating if asking for damages on additional pipe to be laid at a later date is common? thanks for any help

Permalink Reply by Sage59 on November 22, 2013 at 8:18am Jason - When we negotiated our pipeline agreement, they have to pay original amount again for any future lines. They also have to honor original agreement on all levels for each additional line, including payment, if they need them. All around us negotiated same.
