Our last offer is $6500 per disturbed acre or about $15 per foot. This is a gas gathering line. This is pretty much standard. They have been good about addendums that are reasonable. Placing it were we want it to go has been top priority and they have no problems with it.  We have been offered only $5 per foot for a buried water line in the same right of way and they want another 15 to 25 feet of right of way. We have heard of some people getting different amounts. It depends on how bad they need your land and if they can go around you.
