Yes there is, and it comes from this site which as far as I can tell is excellent and up to date. Click on the map to enlarge it.

Does this site show existing pipelines only or does it show future planned pipelines as well?

I would assume existing & possibly under construction pipelines, but I don't know for sure. The maps show transmission lines, but not gathering lines.
