Does it up your chance of being in a unit if they are running new pipeline on or close to your property?

if you're considering a pipeline they will use that to lever you by saying they can get you into a production unit its all a game of chance IMHO
Proximity to a distribution line is a definite plus. On the subject....I was contacted by the new owner co. of the REX Line (rockies express) who wanted permission to survey my property for wetlands etc bec they are looking into putting in another line to run parallel with the existing REX line so would need another easement to accommodate.
mornin jason we tried an addenda to ID whether aromatic or not and they couldn't accomidate us but a nephew works in the industry and said it has a very distinctive smell coming from the well head like a greasy hydraulic oil/ kerosene smell.never mind the geyser I would assume would show itself scary stuff man can I ask you who your mid-stream company is? we are slated for 12" low-pressure line a paltry 1200 psi GEEZ BY the way any royalties yet?
Pipelines pay a one time payment by the linear foot for a right of way that will last the rest of your life.
