I have been approached by EQT to run an gas line threw my property.  I have no idea what the going rate is. Does anybody have any thoughts where we should be per foot for a 50 easement?  Do they pay per foot by a birds eye view or do they pay by what is actually installed?  I ask this only because most of my property is up and down.  Any help would be helpful.
