Pipeline Identification.

There is a pipeline about 100 yards from my property. How can I identify the owner of the pipeline and is it an advantage for me?

I found this site but the maps are not zoomable like google maps.

It is either Columbia Gas or Tennessee acording to the map I found on:

Now that I have looked at the map a bit closer it seems that it is Tennessee Gas Pipeline. They have a huge compressor station about 10 miles away from me. I think I will check it out tonight were it crosses the road.
