In areas with a lot of clinton wells there are also numerous pipeline r.o.w 's that connected that entire system together. Go to the courthouse & read some of those. From what I see they were very vauge & all encompassing, with clauses like " grant access to maintain, replace & or add additional lines as may be neccessary". From what I've seen no size restrictions & often number of lines was ever included in these r.o.w's. So from what I'm seeing unless there's some regulations regarding distance from dwellings/related to size of line, etc. the people with HBP wells are going to get the same treatment all over again when it comes time to build pipelines. From what I have read these r.o.w's are forever if the line was actually installed, & unlike wells, information on what may or may not already be buried on your property & what it is carrying is not readily available to you the landowner.
Bump!
