The rumors we've heard are that the Allam to National Fuel Pump Station pipeline project has been scrubbed and that ROW is being acquired between the Allam well and the western Mercer county well sites instead, possibly the Pilgram or Yoder wells.  Crews have been seeding and mulching the ROWs they cleared in Venango for weeks now.  We were told that some sort of dispute or "misunderstanding" betwee HK and National Fuel Gas is to blame.  Watch for the Lawsuit.

They are currently seeking a right-of-way through Sandy Lake Twp and Lake Twp.
