Was permit in Center issued to Beck Energy?

Beck Energy was issued a permit the end of August for a 2800' new well for 20 acres "pool" under the above-mentioned name in this lawsuit. Beck had two other permits issued in Monroe County for new wells in July. Hmm, interesting, considering the lawsuit Beck has appealed.

Thank you Judy for the info;  interesting it is "shallow well" and "pool" and yes interesting considering the appeal.
