the first step you will take with the mid-stream co.I feel is the most important THE ROUTE  the path that the pipeline will go over your land  if you don't like it tell them to take a hike THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP YOU TAKE AND I AGREE WITH MR. TAYLOR IS READ EVERY PIECE OF INFO YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON AND THERE'S ALOT GOOD-LUCK AND KEEP US POSTED  MARK

Pat,   I picked this up on another thread last year. It was put together by an atty out of Texas.  If you use an atty, or not, you should read over it and make sure your concerns are addressed.  It's a pretty complete list of items you should cover.  Good luck ! Mark
