Pymatuning Township, Mercer County

Does anyone know what's going on here. We've heard Hilcorp is going to be drilling on the Spencer Farm...any information on this. Also what is the bonus rate now?? We were offered $3000.00 some time ago but didn't take the offer. Would appreciate any advise or insight. Thanks Granny Clampet.
