Is there a difference in the quality of gas between Wetzel and Tyler County, or are they near equivalent?
I asked this because we have 2 companies trying to lease 2 different properties one in Tyler and one in Wetzel with significant differences in payments. The answer why one was lower was due to the difference in the gas quality of the 2 counties.
Thanks for Any Help,
Kevin

There may be more natural gas liquids in Wetzel county. Through my experience in Tyler county, I've learned that there is ngl's but they are unsure where the wet/dry gas line is located. Within what district is your property located?
