I'm looking to get out of lease.
On the original lease time for bonus payment is 150 days+ a 30 day letter to pay up.
Addendum says it shall prevail when in conflict with orignal terms
on Addendum it says bonus shall be paid in 120 days after receipt of executed lease.no 30 day letters or nothing.
So am I in the clear after 120 days???

the addenda overrides any thing in the original lease I think the question would be what they define as a executed lease. filed at the courthouse? stamped? maybe should contact O&G company or your lawyer to find out exactly what constitutes an executed lease IMHO

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
