Questions on well acreage, unit sizes, and number of wells.

OK, I have a few questions and I think I know the answer to one of them but me and another person were debating it so I figured I would ask some others.

1. Is ONE well considered one lateral? So let's say we have the Wagner 1H, and Wagner 2H on the same pad. Is that one well, or two wells? I was under the assumption it was TWO wells.

2.We're currently in a unit of around 400 acres, with 2 laterals will call them the Wagner 1H, and 2H. Both laterals run through our land and the plat maps show that we have the exact same acres in both wells.

3. If our lease allows a maximum 400 acre unit, can we be put in multiple 400 acre units or just one? (Hopefully this is not "lease depending", if so forgive me).

4. Last question, if our lease allows a 400 acre unit, and they toss us into 420 acre unit and have wells drilled already is this legal?

I think that's all the questions LOL
