is anyone else in hancock county having problems with their mineral or surface rights?would like to figure out how to "quiet title" on my estate without spending huge sums of $$$ to do so...i was told to wait and hopefully legislation will be passed to mimic's ohios model....i have contacted our rep's in charleston recently,so far,no reply....
